Brandon Eastin is an IT Product Coordinator at TechWyze, where he helps clients solve complex technology challenges through tailored IT software solutions. With over 15 years of experience in IT support and administration, Brandon brings refined knowledge in Microsoft 365 environments, Windows and Apple device management, Web Apps, and user training to help organizations maximize their technology investments. Throughout his career, Brandon has successfully guided multiple organizations through major technology transitions—from migrating to Microsoft 365 to implementing hybrid learning solutions during the pandemic. His experience spans managing IT infrastructure for organizations ranging from a 60-staff church across multiple campuses to a school serving 300+ students and staff. Brandon’s technical expertise includes PowerAutomate, InTune, device lifecycle management, and networking, but his greatest strength lies in his ability to translate complex technical solutions into user-friendly implementations. Brandon holds a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Communications, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, and an Associate’s degree in Digital Media Design. His background in graphic design helps him think outside the box and consider the human side of any IT project and solution, while his education and customer service experience enable him to bridge the gap between technology and people—ensuring that IT solutions not only work technically but are adopted successfully by users. Whether developing training materials, coordinating network infrastructure projects, or troubleshooting complex technical issues, Brandon approaches every challenge with patience, clear communication, and a commitment to long-term user success.
