Beyond his professional role, Ryan is a man of faith, a follower of Jesus, and a devoted husband and father. He and his wife are raising six children, including through foster care and adoption. His approach to leadership—both in business and in life—is rooted in service, stewardship, and a long-game mindset. Whether guiding a team through a security audit, mentoring leaders on scalable IT, or walking alongside a fellow parent or entrepreneur, Ryan brings clarity, humility, and conviction to the table. As Co-Owner and Project Manager, he wears many hats—leading teams, guiding clients through complex transitions, and ensuring that services remain reliable, forward-thinking, and secure. Sean thrives in fast-paced environments where shifting priorities and multiple moving parts are the norm, keeping projects on track and ensuring that no detail is overlooked. His focus is always on delivering smart, scalable solutions that address immediate needs while laying a foundation for long-term growth. At the heart of Sean’s approach is a commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships. He believes trust is earned through consistent communication, responsiveness, and dependable follow-through. Whether leading a full-scale IT rollout or handling a time-sensitive request, Sean brings a calm, solution-oriented mindset to every challenge. Clients value his ability to listen, communicate clearly, and prioritize their goals with genuine care. Outside of work, Sean values time with his family and strives to maintain a healthy work-life balance. IT Product Coordinator
Brandon Eastin is an IT Product Coordinator at TechWyze, where he helps clients solve complex technology challenges through tailored IT software solutions. With over 15 years of experience in IT support and administration, Brandon brings refined knowledge in Microsoft 365 environments, Windows and Apple device management, Web Apps, and user training to help organizations maximize their technology investments. Throughout his career, Brandon has successfully guided multiple organizations through major technology transitions—from migrating to Microsoft 365 to implementing hybrid learning solutions during the pandemic. His experience spans managing IT infrastructure for organizations ranging from a 60-staff church across multiple campuses to a school serving 300+ students and staff. Brandon's technical expertise includes PowerAutomate, InTune, device lifecycle management, and networking, but his greatest strength lies in his ability to translate complex technical solutions into user-friendly implementations. Brandon holds a Master's degree in Cross-Cultural Communications, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, and an Associate's degree in Digital Media Design. His background in graphic design helps him think outside the box and consider the human side of any IT project and solution, while his education and customer service experience enable him to bridge the gap between technology and people—ensuring that IT solutions not only work technically but are adopted successfully by users. Whether developing training materials, coordinating network infrastructure projects, or troubleshooting complex technical issues, Brandon approaches every challenge with patience, clear communication, and a commitment to long-term user success. He believes that truly effective IT solutions happen when technology serves people seamlessly, and users feel confident and supported in their digital tools. Last but not least, Brandon is also a devoted husband, father to two boys, and an ardent follower of Jesus.

Ty is our IT consultant with a Bachelor’s degree from Washburn University and a passion for helping businesses simplify and strengthen their technology. Known for his people-first approach, Ty has a natural ability to connect with clients, listen closely, and translate complex challenges into clear, strategic solutions. A strong communicator and big thinker, Ty brings both technical expertise and a visionary mindset to every project. He believes great IT isn’t just about systems—it’s about understanding people and supporting the goals behind the technology. Outside of work, Ty enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, prefers the mountains over the beach, is a film buff and finds joy in long runs and fresh air.

Tammi is the Office Administrator and Bookkeeper for TechWyze. She keeps things organized and running smoothly. Tammi has been working in admin and finance for over 10 years, handling everything from managing daily office tasks to making sure the books are balanced and up to date. Being comfortable juggling schedules, streamlining office systems, and diving into spreadsheets or accounting software like Zoho or QuickBooks is her passion. Whether it’s processing payroll, reconciling accounts, or supporting the team, she is all about staying on top of the details and keeping things efficient. Tammi enjoys being the go-to person who helps things get done behind the scenes and keeps the business side of things in good shape. Always up for a challenge, and she believes a little organization can go a long way. Her faith in Jesus is the foundation of all that she is.
