If the testing dates will not work for you then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
Apple Certified Support Professional (10.12)
This is the entry level certification for the desktop support professional. To achieve this certification, you must pass the macOS Support Essentials v10.12 exam with a required minimum score of 73%.
Preparing for the Exams
1. Attend an Apple Authorized Training Class.
Attending the class that pertains to the certification(s) you desire provides substantial and intangible benefits from real world experience behind the course and the instructors experience, as well as the ability to receive clarification and answers to your questions.
If you do not see a class pertaining to the certification(s) you desire, please contact us to let us know of your interest and we will attempt to add it to the calendar.
Attending an Apple Authorized Training Class is not a requirement to take the corresponding certification exam and/or receiving Apple, Inc. certification.
2. Study the materials.
Students that attend the Apple Authorized courses will receive two books with their course. Both books are published by Peachpit Press. The Workbook is only available by attending the related Apple Authorized Course. The second book that comes with the course is available at your local book store. These publically available books are a part of the Apple Training Series books by Peachpit Press and include:
